For many years, MegaChess made Giant Plastic and Teak Chess Sets. Our customers asked us to develop a highly attractive, maintenance-free set. The result is our fiberglass set. When only the top-of-the-line will do, this is the chess set with no peer. This 24-inch chess set is quite dramatic in its presentation, whether located in an expansive yard, house terrace, foyer, or even a large living room with this as its central attraction.
Durability – The fine detail in this set is less durable than our plastic chess sets. Normal chess activity is no problem, but these pieces should not be dropped and definitely not thrown. Think about these chess sets as you would think about dishware. You expect your summer plastic dishware to be able to survive being dropped on your patio. This set was built to last. It can withstand the roughest of elements and most abusive play. It won’t fade in the sun, get stained from dirty hands, or break if dropped, and it requires little to no maintenance to keep it looking good.
This set is not as detailed as some of or other sets but that means you don’t have to worry about any details being broken or chipped if the piece is dropped.
This set is customizable. We can add your company logo to it or turn it into an LED set so that you can play with it all night long.
