“When you invest this kind of money to purchase a chess and checkers set sight unseen except for the photos on the web, you are taking a small leap of faith. I couldn't be happier with what I received. The chess set came in a wooden crate with each piece individual wrapped to protect it from damage on its trip from CA to VA. The crate was well built and delivered by truck to our home. Unwrapping each of the 32 chess pieces was like opening 32 presents! The hand carving is amazing! The set is beautiful with a high gloss protective poly coating. The checkers arrived a few days later and came in two large boxes. Again, each piece was individually wrapped. We love the chess and checkers set!”
